Hi, I’m Jacky,

I’m a single parent who went back to university to study business when my son started school. A few years later I went back to university for a masters in business administration. I loved learning the different management models and combining them to understand how business works.

I’ve worked in so many industries, doing so many different jobs and what I’ve found is that I love solving problems, being able to simplify operations and implementing systems that make it easier for small businesses to serve their customers.

So many businesses see risk as a addon or a necessary evil that they have to do to demonstrate due diligence.

For me, it’s so much more. Being able to identify the risks in your business enables you to identify weak areas that might make you less competitive as well as threats that might derail your business.

Identifying these fragile areas of your business enables you to understand how to reduce the threats and on the flip side you can use your strengths to identify opportunities to increase profitability.

I think we should all be given a chance and that potential not reached is a waste of talent. I also believe that everyone has different experiences and ways of looking at things, which makes life richer for everyone.
